PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY

PAYMENT METHODS

We have two available payment methods:

  • Wire transfer
  • Debit or credit card

SHIPPING

Prices do not include shipping costs, which are subject to the number of items purchased and the shipping destination.

It takes 48-72 business hours to get the parcel after the order has been confirmed. If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us directly before placing the order.

In case of delayed delivery due to lack of stock or any other causes that are unrelated to Hipsterkids, you will be contacted and informed about the new delivery period.

Any transportation or good’s incident must be notified within 24 hours after delivery. Hipsterkids will not be hold responsible for any notification after this period.

RETURNS

We have a 7 days returns policy after delivery. In order to send back an item you must inform Hipsterkids by email providing the purchase reference that appears in the purchase confirmation email and the reason for return.

The item to be returned must be sent back to the warehouse in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s charge. It is recommended to send it by registered mail or courier company to ensure delivery.

Requirements to return an order:

  • The item must be unworn.
  • The item must be sent back in the same condition as it was received.
  • The item must be received by Hipsterkids within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are at the client’s charge.
  • Refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item.
  • COD delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

After verification of the above mentioned requirements, refund will be issued within 15 business days using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Return/exchange shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR MODEL

In order to exchange an item for a different size or model, you have to contact Hipsterkids by email to confirm product availability. Once availability has been confirmed, you have to return the item to be exchanged and place a new order with the desired size or model.
